Vareika Construction, Inc. completed exterior improvement and historic preservation work to the Marion Town House in 2022. The Town House, constructed in 1877, originally served as Tabor Academy. Today it serves as the Town Hall and Town Offices. The project involved installing a new roof, historic windows, repairing or replacing fascia, rake boards and trim, and replacing clapboard siding on the oldest section of the building. Other critical pieces of the project included maintaining the historic cupola, as well as moldings and pillars, and construction a new ADA-compliant front entrance.
