Kitchen & Bath Modernization and Accessible Unit Conversion

Vareika Construction completed the modernization of 45 apartments’ kitchens and bathrooms at Vynebrook Village. This included asbestos abatement, selective door replacement, painting, and floor refinishing. We also completed 3 accessible unit conversions and 4 building additions at this site. Exterior work included concrete walkways, a paver patio, wetland mitigation, a rain garden, plantings, and pavement markings.
